Great customer service! He was so nice and helpful, even though I wasn't buying from there, only because they didn't have the part. He even called another dealership for me and came out in the cold.to look at the problem 10 out of 10.

10 stars. Purchased a set of winter tires and steel rims. Derek was incredibly helpful explaining the different brands and pricing options. The pricing was transparent and the service was amazing. The tires are great! While installing the tires, they provided a list of mechanical issue they noticed, including a seized brake calliper, exhaust leak, oil leak, loose control arm etc. We immediately brought the car to our mechanic to have the issues fixed. Outstanding service! I highly recommend Marc at Firestone who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It took them under an hour to mount and balance four new tires for the best deal in the city!
Fast, professional, and conveniently located. I appreciate that they inform customers upfront about checking for any additional issues with the car beyond the initial repair reason. More importantly, they make it clear that no changes will be made without prior permission, which is a big deal for me. That level of transparency and respect is something every driver deserves.
