I would really give the stars in negative if there is any option. The director answered the phone and clearly said he will not send my report the GP because he already sent it. I mentioned again and again that the GP didn’t receive it and he said your GP is lying.Never encountered such a rude person. Please avoid this place at any cost. Otherwise you will be harassed and disappointed. FYI- no elevator to reach this place so the person like me with broken ankle have to climb the stairs.
Extremely poor and unsafe service, strongly advise against using this provider for ultrasound or any related procedures. We underwent three separate scans for the same condition, each producing conflicting and misleading results that hindered the doctors’ ability to make an accurate assessment. To make matters worse, the findings were inconsistent with the patient’s established medical history. As with most, i wish i could give a negative review. The ultrasound report lacked alot of information. While there is 2 tumors in my back i got a report with 1 listed and it was only 2d Also refering to a common genetic as just boils! (That did give me a laugh) I also found that my out if pocket was not listed on medicare? I then reseaeched the raidogolst , and was concerned.
Easy booking system, I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. This was my very inquisitive 5 year olds first ultrasound, and it was overall a very positive experience for her. Friendly and professional staff, nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Very positive experience. Got an ultrasound in a day, and the results in 24 hours. Both sonographers were very friendly and approachable.
