I’m very disappointed with my experience at Kipp Scott Red Deer. I purchased a truck from them and shortly after buying it, I started having serious issues with it. I feel like I was sold a problem truck, and the situation has caused me stress, lost time, and extra expenses. Kipp Scott has always provided excellent service on my Cadillac Theresa at the front counter is exceptional always has either my rental ready or shuttle service available once my car is dropped off, repair times have been faster than estimated, and my car is cleaner than when it arrives. Being from out of town and having worry and stress free service is greatly appreciated.

Service Department is not good for a "high end" dealership or any dealership for that matter. Brought my vehicle in and told them what the issues were. They kept the vehicle for 2 days and didn't do any repairs because they said they were fully booked up. Charged me $625 to diagnose what I already told them the issues were.

Rohan and the entire Kipp Scott team were amazing to work with. We picked up our Vistiq on Thursday, and the experience from start to finish was fantastic.
