Absolutely outstanding customer service! Rohan was phenomenal to deal with from start to finish. We began with a very transparent discussion about trade-in pricing on a specific Cadillac they've had available. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Kipp Scott Red Deer. I purchased a truck from them and shortly after buying it, I started having serious issues with it. I feel like I was sold a problem truck, and the situation has caused me stress, lost time, and extra expenses. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership, you expect it to be properly inspected and represented honestly. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
