After installing a toilet in my home on 2/28/26, the toilet has become totally unusable. Kipp Plumbing refuses to replace it even though the maker has a Satisfaction Guarantee. I have been without a usable toilet in my primary bathroom since April 15 when it failed to flush anything at all (10 weeks). Kipp has been totally unresponsive blaming my pipes for the problem. I’d give him a negative rating if I could. He charged me $1,000 for the toilet and refuses to warrantee his work! Shocking!!

My mom had reached out to them to have her shower fixed, they sent a friendly plumber over who told her what he needed to order before he could fix it. Then he left her shower like this, never came back and after I attempted to reach out to them multiple times, I never received a call back and they left her shower taken apart and now we are having to find another plumber to pick up where Kipp left off.
Great service and knowledge
We had a very bad experience with our last plumber so I was very nervous about replacing our 75 gallon hot water heater with a tankless heater. I called Kipp plumbing because I saw good reviews on the NextDoor App. Ted answered and came out to look at our situation. His price was extremely fair as we had other quotes. We decided to go through with the project. He said he would arrive between 8-9, showed up at 8:30 and started working immediately.
