My mom had reached out to them to have her shower fixed, they sent a friendly plumber over who told her what he needed to order before he could fix it. Then he left her shower like this, never came back and after I attempted to reach out to them multiple times, I never received a call back and they left her shower taken apart and now we are having to find another plumber to pick up where Kipp left off.
Great service and knowledge
We had a very bad experience with our last plumber so I was very nervous about replacing our 75 gallon hot water heater with a tankless heater. I called Kipp plumbing because I saw good reviews on the NextDoor App. Ted answered and came out to look at our situation. His price was extremely fair as we had other quotes. We decided to go through with the project. He said he would arrive between 8-9, showed up at 8:30 and started working immediately. Ice ice baby My Freezer FINALLY HAS ICE! I've been waiting 4 years for an ice maker and these lovely gentlemen made it happen! I'm SO HAPPY!!
After many comparisons, I decided to use Kipp Plumbing Inc. to fix the leaking problem of my 2 garden taps. I called the company in early morning. Ted came to my house at 1:00pm. He was very experienced and quickly found the problem. During the period, he said he had to leave to buy parts. I was a little worried about how long it would take, but he came back very quickly. Quickly fixed the problem and charged me a very reasonable price. Ted is patient and honest. I highly recommend this company.
