I had the pleasure of purchasing a home designed by Kipp Design + Build back in 2020. The home was beautifully built with the highest quality materials. Any small issues that came up, Steve was immediately finding solutions and fixes to whatever the problem was. What surprised me most, was that five years later when I went to sell the place, Steve was readily available to answer any questions and more than willing to help to rectify the small things we needed to get done for the new buyers. I have known Steve for close to a decade and have had the privilege to work with him on a number of projects over the years. We engaged Kipp Design + Consult to renovate our 4000sqft office space that needed extensive changes including, new flooring, new ceilings, moving walls, installing a kitchen as well as crafting a high-end reception desk and waiting room space. Kipp Design + Build renovated my condo in 2021. He was referred by a friend and Steve said he only did “high end” so I was expecting him to refer me on to someone else. When he said he would do the work, I was happy. His quote for my 600 sq ft apartment was $86K (not including $12K for all new kitchen appliances). I moved out and handed him the keys.
