Horrible location next to a power line and how tiny are these units going to be have you seen the sq footage???!!! Rather rent/own a condo at 25-35 Viking Lane or the other two condos going up on the corner of Kipling/Dundas. Instead of a condo you would have been wiser to build a restaurant here. 3.5 stars tells you everything you need to know. I've lived in this community over 7 years you made a huge mistake building this so called condo.
Finishing up fast
The construction site is literally just 10 meters from my home, and the work continues even at 10 PM. Seriously? Is this normal? At this time, people are trying to rest, not listen to loud machinery and hammering. It feels like you don’t care about the residents around you.
