Sorry, but I am so over this surgery. We have been here for years, but since the pandemic...wow. Too many incidents to list here, too numerous wind-ups, unprofessionalism, part-time doctors that are just never there, and grotty waiting areas with dirty washrooms. Not only do they give the impression that money comes first over the patients themselves, but it's like a three-ring circus...you'll love the walk-ins on a Saturday morning... The staff are inconsiderate and do not appear adequately trained to interact with patients professionally and respectfully. While performing job duties is important, working in healthcare also requires empathy, communication, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Unfortunately, that standard was NOT met during my visit. I recently underwent major surgery, and it is important for me to be seen by a doctor for follow-up care. Why are your receptionist rude? That is my question. Hire people with compassion people are coming in there already sick and they have to deal with your front desk. This is pathetic.
Clearly it profit before people... call to get a doctor as they are expecting new patience. Received a call this morning from a Doctor... told me he will not take me as a patient unless I can 1 million percent guarantee. I will never go to a another walk in... because if I do he would have to pay the bill... I explained that no one ever can guarantee the future. So I still have no doctor after 5 years.. NO DOCTOR SHOULD BE ABLE TO REFUSE A PATIENTS FOR HIS PROFIT
