Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience at Kipling Heights Diagnostic Imaging today. I was there for a pelvic ultrasound and followed the instructions to drink water one hour before my appointment. The technician told me my bladder was not full enough and said she could not perform the examination. I explained that I had followed the instructions and was prepared to wait, but she refused to wait and told me she was not doing the examination. Apr 2/26…PATIENTS BEWARE…with a rating of 2.8, go elsewhere!!! I have been coming to this same location for over 17yrs and still with the same complaint with no resolve. Today your technician, Elena, refused to extend her hand to assist my turning over during an ultrasound exam. It took me five minutes to raise myself up in pain. I had a very positive experience for my pregnancy ultrasound at this place. Before this place, earlier I went to two other imaging centre but the technician over there are so cold and they would not give you any assuring response. This is the worst clinic I’ve been to in Toronto (2291 Kipling Avenue, Suite 121). I do not recommend visiting it if you don’t want to experience rude and disrespectful treatment. I visited this clinic three times for a pelvic floor ultrasound. Twice they refused to perform the procedure because my bladder was not full enough. Since I have a very fast metabolism, it would have been enough to wait 10–15 minutes. There was no queue at all — only one person was waiting. I have had a very positive experience. I had foot X-rays, ultrasound on my knee and arm and both technicians were very welcoming and kind. They work to accommodate my schedule and are quick with results. I firmly believe that a smile can open a heart and we all need to remember especially those who have posted negatively and it is your right of course, that everyone deserves kindness and respect.
