Beware!!!!! The property management company is EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of or return your calls. The apartments are very nice, but there is no direct number for anyone at the property management company. It takes days to get a call back or an email returned. I applied for a unit on February 14th. There was an 89 page lease that I had questions about and by March 9, I still had not signed a lease and my lease was to start on March 13. My experience living at these apartments was the absolute worst. I will say the apartments themselves aren't too bad, good layout, washer dryer, and garages. The main thing that made living here terrible was the management. There is no communication at all and they are so rude. I will disclose that when I was living there, I was on housing assistance but it quickly took a turn to the worst where they weren't applying my assistance onto my rent balance and adding late fees. I applied for an apartment here and ended up not signing the lease due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism of the management team. Long story short - I applied on October 1 with a move-in date of October 26th. When I met Brad at the property to pick up keys, the unit had not been cleaned and maintenance was still in there fixing things. Watch your step because there is DOG crap EVERYWHERE. And I mean EVERYWHERE. On the sidewalk, on rocks directly outside of bedroom windows, inches away from dog waste bins, and every inch of any grassy area- even where the “cameras” are facing. Absolutely disgusting and quite honestly a health concern for all animals and humans around. Do better Kipling Commons.
