Nice apartments completely ruined by bad management. I went through the process but didn’t want to sign the 80 page lease due to questions that could not be provided by the management team. They also provided me answers that were not lawful according to Colorado law. I would be super careful with these people. Beware!!!!! The property management company is EXTREMELY difficult to get hold of or return your calls. The apartments are very nice, but there is no direct number for anyone at the property management company. It takes days to get a call back or an email returned. I applied for a unit on February 14th. There was an 89 page lease that I had questions about and by March 9, I still had not signed a lease and my lease was to start on March 13. My experience living at these apartments was the absolute worst. I will say the apartments themselves aren't too bad, good layout, washer dryer, and garages. The main thing that made living here terrible was the management. There is no communication at all and they are so rude. I will disclose that when I was living there, I was on housing assistance but it quickly took a turn to the worst where they weren't applying my assistance onto my rent balance and adding late fees.
