I applied for an apartment here and ended up not signing the lease due to the incompetence and lack of professionalism of the management team. Long story short - I applied on October 1 with a move-in date of October 26th. Watch your step because there is DOG crap EVERYWHERE. And I mean EVERYWHERE. On the sidewalk, on rocks directly outside of bedroom windows, inches away from dog waste bins, and every inch of any grassy area- even where the “cameras” are facing. Absolutely disgusting and quite honestly a health concern for all animals and humans around. Do better Kipling Commons. Grills don’t work, original management got bought and new management doesn’t care about current tenants, rent increases absurdly, tons of empty units now. All reasons why you should move here.

We lived there for a year. Had 3 different managers during that time. No maintenance person. After moving in discovered the stove did not work. They did not replace it for 2 months. Very hard to get a hold of anyone. Took days to get them to answer phone calls or emails. I would not recommend.
