I do not recommend this practice. After an entire year we received a statement claiming if not paid the claim would be sent to collections. Emailed Kim M on 4/2/2025 with not even one response back from her showing insurance paid all claims in Full and that they were balance billing us which is not allowed in the state of IL. As of today had to file a complaint with BCBS and request that they file a complaint on my behalf for the practice of balance billing. Just saw Dr. Abraham for my tootsies. He was incredibly kind and caring. In fact the whole staff were too! Dr. Abraham took time to explain and came up with a wonderful solution. He was very gentle too. The office is easy to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. I highly recommend the whole team and will refer my friends!
Dr. Steven Kipferl quite literally helped me reclaim my life, wellbeing, and happiness. I was left disabled after a “minimally invasive bunionectomy” performed by another surgeon in March 2023.
