Great build quality and excellent customer support. The Capri design is outstanding—the floor layout is perfect, and everyone loves it. The balcony and large doors provide beautiful views and bring in natural light. Many thanks to the leadership team for envisioning and delivering such thoughtful homes for new homeowners. If you market these homes properly in bay area. I am sure more and more people will move to River Islands.
Dear John/Rick, In feb month, i booked below home at Capri, Lathrop Ca in Feb month. 17614 Bushwick Lane, Lathrop, CA 95330 (lot 237) I lost my job in March and I have not been paid since then, now Safe co bank ( preferred partner of Kiper home) also denied giving me a mortgage. I have no option to request Kiper homes return my deposit ($53000) Unfortunately, I am now facing significant financial hardship and have no other viable options at this time.
