It has been a little over 1 year since Kip Steele completed our home in Round Mountain. Having dealt with several builders over the years I can state unequivocally that Kip is the very best. Our experience with Kip and his crews started slowly; first with a 13 x 15 pump house, then graduated up to a 2000 SQ ft barn and then on to our beautiful three bedroom custom designed home, designed by his aunt, Nikki Steele. We had the experience of seeing him deal with the planning of the placement of the home on our irregular lot configuration with my wife and I on our property.
