After all the different people and places I have sent my dog , This would have to be the best place in the world. My little girl is very spoiled. A very big part of the family and it is Very hard to find somewhere that you feel extremely comfortable with and able to leave your beloved fur baby At this establishment.
I have had great experiences leaving my two dogs here. My dogs and energetic and can be a handful. The staff were friendly, professional, and took excellent care of them. It gave me real peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate recommend them to others and will continue to use them in the future.
Our two corgis spent 2 nights with Kip Ipswich, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was the first time we have boarded our dogs, so naturally we were a bit nervous with how they would react. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they’d be okay. The girls there were lovely and kind and sent pictures of our pups socialising and playing with the other dogs, so it really put our minds at ease. Rocco had the best time and was well looked after. I recieved updates everyday with photos, and even a report card when he checked out. Rocco will be coming back to Kip Ipswich again for sure!
Our big boy Tommy stayed for 5 days, his first stay. The "regular" updates could have been better as not received as often as we would have liked, on occasion I would have to request an update which we would receive a couple photos and vids at around 5pm in the afternoon during the whole time he stayed. I received a photo of his sleeping conditions (which I requested as well) and definitely wasn't the "luxury" suite advertised.
