Ruby was the nice woman who helped me and my brother. She’s very nice and caring and very easy to talk to. On my personal opinion, if you go to kip fedora state farm ask for Ruby she’s amazing and understandable.

Cathy was a ton of help today. Figuring out why my mortgage company likes to be very Unprofessional and misrepresent themselves on escrow numbers. We spent easily an hour getting to the proper conclusion and getting all answers Taken care of on a conference call to my mortgage. And I now have a better understanding, and she has helped tremendously put them in their place and help me move forward.

The cost difference we saw from adding a vehicle earlier this year and just recently was so outrageous, I was speechless (almost 3 times more for one than the other). Had to request over and over to make sure all the same discounts applied because they didn't automatically add them. They didn't bat an eye at this huge increase and wouldn't tell me why it was so much more.
