We recently switched to Kip Fedora from an out of state State Farm office. When we switched there were a few hiccups and a lost payment (due to the fact that the previous branch policies were on auto payment and one slipped through in the moving process). I have been with State Farm for 30+ years. I have been with Kip for about 20 of those years. Cathy has helped me many of times but since I have met Cody I always ask for him! Cody has suck a great personality and just super nice. He is very knowledgeable and definitely knows the business. Just recently I had to get my daughter and nephew added, Cody and the other ladies did what I asked with no problems!
Cathy Gary Broussard & the Kip Fedora State Farm were FANTASTIC!!! Unfortunately after MUCH negotiation and research and after 3 years, we are having to move to a competitor this year. As prices change again in the future as they ALWAYS do, we will probably be back. Thanks guys!
