Ian and Anika the dynamic duo. I'm a senior and property maintenance can be challenging. They made the experience so comfortable Knowledgeable and respectful, and patient. I had patio motion detector lights installed. Had a prior experience but failed with another company. Kip got everything squared away I added two more motion detectors at front door and outside on garage, for peace of mind. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ian and Anik were great. Wow, you don't even expect excellent service like this anymore. On the phone, Ian asked several questions and knew what was going on. Anik arrived on time, ready to work, worked hard and was friendly, knowledgeable and clean. He was finished in a short time and you couldn't tell he had been there except everything was now working! Oh, and I was lucky to get a same day appointment! I saved their number so now I can relax! Highly recommend KIP Electric!
