My mother is currently in the emergency room at KDH, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the healthcare providers over the phone. I had a few questions regarding my mother's condition and the possibility of emergency dialysis, but the provider responded in a condescending and dismissive manner. The staff and providers have always been very helpful and professional to me. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Bliss and anyone on his staff.
I applied to facility. Twice 2 people the DON and lady in HR said they would call back. never called back or had the decency to tell me they found someone else or going a different route. Don’t say you will call someone back and not do it. Also, I had a physical there and they tried to charge me twice.
