We hired Kionics to repair our water softener, but the same problem returned less than a month later. We left messages and finally spoke with them, but were told that it should be full of water (not true, full to overflowing) and that they don't service GE water softeners, although they had charged us to fix ours a few weeks before. We hired another company, who said it should not be completely full of water, that iron was clogging the drain, and repaired the problem.
This is an awful company. Long story short I had questions on my invoice as I was charged an additional $125 for "Misc Hardware" after the installation of my water softener. I simply wanted to know what additional hardware was used. I was met with a hostile man who threatened to come to my home and was then hung up on. The system install was Monday, the tech showed up late spent 8 hours at the house departing around 2100. Only the south side of the house was on the softener system and the under the sink RO was working. The following day the tech and ops manager show up and determined they need to go further in on the water main to capture the north side of the house.
