My first visit to this chain of stores and had an amazing experience. Shelley and the other girls were extremely helpful, checking in to ask if I needed help, while giving me space. Great advice when answering my questions. Genuine, friendly and helpful. Great selection of products and testers to try things which is helpful as I am new to Korean brands. Have already told my friends about it. I will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Kiokii and ... is such a cute store! The staff there is very friendly and helpful, and they're not pushy for sales. I love that they have testers for makeup, skincare and sun protection readily available (super important for those of us who care about fragrance and white cast!). Their prices and variety of products are pretty competitive, and the consistently great customer service has turned me into a regular here.
