Rita and Terry are both amazing: they focus on getting to the root of the problem and put solutions in place to combat future issues.
Wheny husband and I had issues we took to Terry for assistance and learned more about each others CPTSD and communication. Their receptionist is absolutely amazing, and welcoming with her positive and attentive personality, I absolutely couldn't thank her enough. I will definitely recommend them to others when needed!
This place will scam you by not charging your insurance correctly and their billing department will flat out lie to you about it. I should have only been paying a copay of $35 per session and instead was charged $130 per session (plus a larger initial fee). I finally cancelled all future appointments and have been working to receive my refunds since February. I called numerous times and was told my insurance would refund me and it wasn’t on their end.
