I am extremely upset about the installation of my septic. I was told that it would be placed on the side of the house, only to find it was installed about 10 feet behind my house. Absolutely no communication. I can't have a back patio now. When I confronted Doug, he admitted that it was not placed in a good spot, but he will not do anything to remedy it. This is new home has lost a huge amount of value due to this reckless placement. No one ever has their septic placed 10 feet from their back door.
