The lady with whom I dealt on the phone was lovely. She was helpful and although they were closing shortly, she went ahead and took my order and told me that they would get the flowers delivered today! She described the arrangement very well. I was quite pleased.
I was extremely pleased with the flowers I ordered for a recent funeral. The flowers were beautiful and the family complimented them.
