I clipped a photo of a staircase I wanted to copy in our new home; I'm not an architect, designer, or contractor, and Jesse worked with me to find the right parts to get the look I was after. Mine was a small order compared to others, but Jesse gave me ample time and care. Everything arrived on schedule, and the quality of the wood and of the craftsmanship were superb. I would recommend Kinzel to anyone looking for top-of-the-line stair parts at reasonable prices.
