I got shrimp tempura ramen tonight, and it tasted like absolutely nothing. And it was $20. I want a refund :( Update: I saw the owners response, so I reached out to the restaurant and they said I cannot get a refund and all they can offer me is $4 off another ramen. So I’m really disappointed in the customer service here also. All around a poor experience.
Quick and quality
Showed up at 9:26. Stood for minutes waiting for someone to come to the front. Girl comes to the front and says they stop seating at 9:30. Pretty frustrating.
Me and my mother came here for ramen and waited forever for seating. There was no hostess in sight and only 4 people in the whole place. We ended up never getting seated so left
