I've been seeing Dr. Reyrao at Kinwell Renton since moving to Seattle, and I can honestly say she's one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's respectful, thorough, and always takes the time to explain my options. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed. In fact, I look forward to every visit. My quality of life has improved significantly under her care, and I'm incredibly grateful for the trust and support she’s provided. The clinic staff have also been consistently professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
PLEASE install a phone. I needed to contact my care team about an urgent matter. I'm fine with the number being private and I have to talk with the central call center first, but it's absurd they have no number to transfer me to to talk with someone at the office.
Do not choose Kinwell. Doctors and nurses are average and I don’t have any complaints about them. However, the business itself has no transparency. The biggest issue is the billing department. They did not inform me that my insurance wasn’t going to cover a service or the price. So when I received the bill months later it was way higher than I expected. I started going here to see Dr. Reyrao after moving to Seattle and needing a new PCP. Making a new patient profile and scheduling online was super easy and streamlined, front desk staff were helpful, nurses were nice, and Dr. Reyrao fantastic in treating me and listening to my health concerns. Highly recommended going here!
