I wish I had more thumbs to give this place more thumbs down. Don't expect the "doctor" or medical staff to communicate with you. You will call back repeatedly to seek help with no resolutions. There is zero sense of urgency. I've had better help at drive-thru. Be prepared to do all the legwork if you need anything at all. ANYTHING. Zero stars, but they wouldn't let me post that. Avoid at all cost.
Pretty useless primary care. Don’t really handle anything. Long wait times. Can never get in when you need to get in. Like don’t see the point of this place. Will take my business elsewhere. Not that they care but will put this here for anyone who is looking. I just picked them because couldn’t find nothing else. If it’s your last option you can at least try. Just wasn’t for our family.
I would like to compliment Dr. Daguio and the entire team for the excellent care and support. I really appreciated being encouraged to follow up after a few days to check on my progress. When I requested a medication refill, the response was very fast and smooth, which I truly appreciate. I have been seeing Dr. Daguio for several years now and have never been disappointed. Thank you to the Dr. and the whole team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and great care.
Downgrading my review as it is impossible to reach anyone in this office by phone to just confirm the type of appointment I booked. ———————— I’ve had a good experience with Dr Reyrao so far! She’s always thorough and explains everything, no matter how trivial the issue.
