5 stars for the medical team, 1 star for the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is utterly incompetent. The doctor specifically advised me to ask the front desk if my insurance covered a certain item. When I asked, the receptionist just brushed me off, saying, 'I don't know, call your insurance.' If you can't even handle basic administrative inquiries or assist patients as instructed by your own doctors, what are you even doing there? Just sitting around taking up space?
Best primary care clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Kwok was very kind and patient with me. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Everyone I interacted with made my experience extremely pleasant and comforting. I would highly recommend this clinic!
The clinic itself is nice and the staff are polite, but the annual physical felt incomplete compared to other clinics. It seemed like roughly 20–25% of the standard checks were skipped. I also had to follow up multiple times just to schedule a call to review my reports. During that call, a portion of the discussion was about a test I paid for out of pocket (was recommended by the physician but wasn’t informed it will be charged), I was later charged an additional fee because the call was categorized as a “general follow-up” ... read more
Dr. Kwok was very considerate and patient with me! She has a lot of knowledge and was able to help me out with my needs. Overall Very happy with my experience!
