The clinic itself is nice and the staff are polite, but the annual physical felt incomplete compared to other clinics. It seemed like roughly 20–25% of the standard checks were skipped. I also had to follow up multiple times just to schedule a call to review my reports. During that call, a portion of the discussion was about a test I paid for out of pocket (was recommended by the physician but wasn’t informed it will be charged), I was later charged an additional fee because the call was categorized as a “general follow-up” ... read more
Dr. Kwok was very considerate and patient with me! She has a lot of knowledge and was able to help me out with my needs. Overall Very happy with my experience!

I’ve been going to Kinwell now for 3 years & have nothing but good experiences. I appreciate the ease of scheduling online. Most labs are done quickly and in-house. Dr Nunez is very attentive and I feel heard in all my concerns and questions and don’t feel rushed. Waiting area is always clean and it’s never busy when I go in. Communication via MyChart is simple. No issues with refills. Casandra is the best MA - she performs a swift and painless blood draw every time!
Best primary care provider I've ever had. I've been going here for a little over a year now and I can't recommend this place enough. The office is super clean and modern. The care team is polite and prompt. Dr. Nunez Burgos is professional, thorough and communicative. I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 stars. Wish they had a pediatrician here so I could take my son here.
