I had a good experience with the doctor. The problem is everything else. This provider shows as in-network with my insurance. Still, I also called them to verify that they are in network and was assured that yes, they definitely are in network. I proceeded with my appointment only to get hit with a surprise bill a month later because, guess what, they're not in network. When I called about this I was told, no no, we are in network.
