Dr. Shah is the most amazing, caring Dr. I have had in recent years. Cares about the patient. Goes way beyond expectations. Personal phone calls on test results, etc. Feel fortunate to have health care at the best level.
I was told Kinwell took my insurance; however, over seven months later and after quite a few appointments, I suddenly received an impersonal message via mychart that my insurance was not accepted. No one was willing or able to give me details. Very unprofessional, possibly fraudulent. Terrible communication.
I and my spouse visit for annual wellness checkups at Kinwell, Lynnwood since last 2 years. They provide individualized attention and personalized healthcare experience.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. They have you show up already taking your copay. When you check in, they wave their hand at you and tell you to sit down. When you ask to actually have your appointment, they tell you they've already listed you as a no show. This is a complete scam. AVOID
