I was looking for a new primary care Dr. I thought I would try this out. I'm presently surprised how caring welcoming the entire staff is. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was a person, not a number. Dr Emily is spectacular!!! Very attentive and and caring. They listened and responded with solutions and actually cared about the issues at hand. I feel like I was more than an insurance dollar. I have never experienced health care like this, and I'm here for it!!!
This place doesn't respect patients time. They don't call to notify if the appointment is canceled and lie to on your face that they called you, but there is no voicemail or call record. Happened to me twice, please have some respects of people's time.
Great Staff! They are welcoming and Dr. Domingo listens to what you have to say and provides suggestions and recommendations to issues you may have. Did not feel rushed during the appointment. I felt like I was taken cared of and left satisfied, knowing that I found a primary care clinic I am comfortable at.
EDIT: I was contacted by phone shortly after posting this review and Kinwell resolved my issue. 1 star -> 4 stars because I have had multiple positive experiences with the people here and seem to have encountered a singular rough spot in this situation. I have never been more satisfied than I have been with Kinwell and Dr. Eileen Domingo. The place is clean beyond belief. Everything looks new and sanitary. Dr. Domingo takes a great amount of time to understand your history, fears, desires, preferences to know the whole you. They are an honest to goodness group of people. I can't say enough about them and the care I always get when I go there.
