What an amazing clinic! I'm honestly not sure that I've ever had a PCP be as attentive as this provider. They make you feel like a patient they care about and not just a number. Amazing staff and beautiful office.
Dr Francine Martis is great. I really appreciate that the facilities are all in one place and easily accessible for folks in Happy Valley/Fairhaven area.
If I could give them a zero I would. Awful place. Go to optum of even St Joe Hospital is better!!
I am very happy with the care that I received at Kinwell Clinic. In November, I decided to join my husband's insurance plan, and right at that same time, I started having some pretty severe back issues. Knowing that my insurance was changing, I was on a somewhat tight schedule to get imaging done and start a treatment plan. Ive been to be a couple of clinics in Bellingham for check ups over the years. Im used to feeling like an obligation rather than a patient, and having the staff tell me what’s wrong with me without hearing my input as to how I am feeling. My experience at Kinwell was honestly the first time I've ever felt confident leaving the doctor. They listened to all of my problems, broke down each one systematically, and gave me advice, if not a full blown solution for each ailment. It was incredibly refreshing.
