I came in as a new patient, having previously being seen at PeaceHealth for primary care. I was super impressed with the front desk, MA and provider. My questions were answered and I felt cared for and comfortable in the office. It was a 180 from my previous experience at PH. I highly recommend to Premera members!
Dr. Phumeza Msikinya is absolutely incredible. Hands down the best experience I have had with a PCP in Bellingham (and I work in healthcare). She was practical, curious, thoughtful, informed and very caring. I am so excited to have found my new family doctor and so grateful to have her in our community. Great flow with support staff in the office and the direct billing made the whole experience easy. Thanks Dr. Msikinya!
What an amazing clinic! I'm honestly not sure that I've ever had a PCP be as attentive as this provider. They make you feel like a patient they care about and not just a number. Amazing staff and beautiful office.
