Very impressed with the care here! It was clean, everyone was friendly. I was able to get in quickly to establish care. Dr. Andrea May was extremely thorough and kind, she took more time than the average doctor to really get to know me. I would highly recommend Kinwell!
Assistant to Dr. Hoover was extremely cold, rude, and miserable so I just left.
Love my doctor but due to other staff is horrible customer service and knowledge I will not be returning. They want me to go to the ER for fmla paper work when the ER will not do these kind of forms and no way to contact them. They had no avaliable Apts when I called the first time so I had to do urgent care and the ER visit on a weekend when I could not breathe. They have all the reports but refuse to fill out fmla paperwork, and they had seen me during this time I had sever covid that turned into an infection. Beware they ... read more
I always enjoyed the staff but Dr Hoover is the worst excuse for an MD I have ever had the misfortune of meeting and I have many providers. He looked at my medical records and came in and said he used all my appointment time and had no time to see me so I had to reschedule if I wanted to meet with him. Really? So I rescheduled and had them schedule a long appointment and he came in very late and said another patient used my time and he didn’t have time for me.
