I am so grateful to have found Kat! She is deeply knowledgeable and intuitive and has such a natural gift for working with bodies. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to feel more at home in their own body. Getting to see Nahla is always the cherry on top - she’s the sweetest pup and brings such a calming energy to the session.

Kat is an amazing human and practitioner -- so empathetic and knowledgeable. She is the kind of person who is always learning new skills and deepening her knowledge so that she can serve her clients better. Her studio is a lovely, calm space, and I love having her amazing senior dog, Nala, there! Can't wait to come back.

I was a mess and unable to workout or run like I used to. I had tried everything from chiropractic treatments, physical therapy, acupuncture, traditional massage therapy, and more and nothing provide... read more

Kat is a gifted and highly knowledgable practitioner, and a lovely human to work with! I had chronic, debilitating pain from years of sports injuries and constant traveling and had tried everything under the sun prior to her 12 series. Post 12 series, I have no chronic pain and don’t have to limit my activities for fear of the pain returning. The 12 series has also given me a much greater sense of body awareness and understanding. Well worth the time and investment.
