K'intu Healing Arts is such an amazing space. Kat is incredibly knowledgeable about the body's anatomy and attentive to individual needs. I did an SI-series with her and it was fantastic. She creates a welcoming, safe environment, and her dedication to healing arts really shines through in everything she does (she's always doing educational trainings)! Highly recommend!
Chronic migraines — no more! Finding Kat at K’intu Healing Arts has been such a game-changer in my day-to-day. After years of debilitating migraines, her work helped me release things in my body I didn’t even know were holding me back. Through the 3-Series, 12-Series, craniosacral work, and ongoing sessions to keep my body in sync, I’ve gained remarkable mobility, and a lasting improvement on my posture. Her work is intense (in the best way), deeply informed, and incredibly effective. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
I have been working on reducing stress and anxiety in my life, my fitness, and overall health and I knew I needed to make a commitment to invest in myself and make my health a priority. My trainer kept mentioning Craniosacral therapy. I searched and found K'intu Healing Arts and booked an appt with Kat. After the first appt, I knew it would be a great fit so I decided to do the Structural Integration series of twelve appointments. Kat's knowledge of the body and muscle groups is impressive. Her office is warm and comfortable... read more
Arriving to Kat’s office feels like coming home. She (and Nahla!) create a space that is deeply healing, a warm and loving container for the profound work that she does with the body. I have been on a long healing journey and have had many bodywork practitioners over the years. One of the things that I love about working with Kat in the ATSI 12-series is that I didn’t have to verbalize everything going on all the time - Kat has incredible skills in reading the body and attuning to what is needed at that time. Over several se... read more
I'm struggling with late life degenerative scoliosis that disabled me in January, and Kat has restored my mobility in a few short months of treatments. She has done things for me that have amazed my PTs and my doctors who have seen me struggle and recover thru this downturn. Kat is providing me with the only medicine I've found that is actually healing me, and I'm reducing my pain medication as I heal. She's amazing. I'll probably see her the rest of my life since she's returned my life to me. I was able to walk on my roof a... read more
