I had my first session with Joy yesterday, and I'm actually inspired about getting my skin back on track! Joy is deeply knowledgeable, discerning (meaning she's not just suggesting more and more expensive products and treatments), she's kind, funny, an exquisite communicator, who is a master at her craft. My skin is aglow, and I feel cared for and ready to re-up my commitment to a home routine. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Shay. I appreciated her way of explaining what she was doing as she did it. And the space was very peaceful and relaxing.
Brandy did an amazing facial and Kendall helped checked me out fabulously
Joy is the best!!!! She has helped me greatly with my malasma and her office vibe is very comforting. I even referred my daughter for a facial and she was so excited wirh the results. If you're looking for an amazing esthetician, go see Joy!!!!
Obsessed with Kintsu! Have seen 3 different nurses over the past couple yrs for various procedures, and they have all been patient, sweet, and very helpful. The staff is SUPER responsive and I like how easy it is to make appts online + text if I ever have questions about anything. It feels great knowing I'm supporting a female-owned med spa. Please open more locations!
