I had a very unpleasant experience at Minton Ramen and would not recommend this place for families with kids. We arrived first, and while we were at the counter ordering food, my two children, ages 7 and 9, sat down at a table for six. Instead of speaking to us politely or asking us as parents, the staff rushed over to my kids and demanded that they move. Ordered the beef spicy garlic ramen. It tastes good, but it is so freaking spicy. As a Chinese who loves spicy food, I didn’t expect the spiciness to be totally on another level. Plus, they did not have the air conditioning on that day, I sweated so much eating indoors. I wasn’t able to finish the whole thing even with an iced lemonade, but I packed it to go cuz it’s really tasty. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Entré a este lugar para probar algo nuevo, te ofrecen un postre por hacer un review, pero el review tiene que ser bueno para recibir el postre (el postre no tiene buen sabor). El lugar es cómodo pero el customer service le falta poner más atención a los clientes.

The beef original is really good, really flavorful and the mushroom is tasteful. I like the aesthetics of this place.
