Heads up to anyone with a nut allergy, they have recently began adding nuts to their chilli oil and do not mention it without you specifically asking. The food here is great however and the service is always kind.
Update: came back a few months later. No one greets you in Japanese anymore, the wait stuff was changed and it shows. They are busy looking into their phones, the service is minimal and the soup was bland. Not coming back to this location again. We enjoyed the ramen soup and gyoza dumplings. This place has a nice vibe, good prices and attentive staff. They greet people in Japanese which is very cool.
Had a very poor customer service experience tonight at this location. So called “General Manager - Ryosuke” or whatever his name is, has zero sense and knowledge of how to deal with their customers in a polite manner. Firstly, he did not seem happy with us requesting a different table, secondly he came back to handle a mistake they made earlier in our order in a very rude manner.
