2/5 Not bad but not good, is a bowl of noodles you won’t recall but doesn’t harm to eat to fill up your stomach.
I went here for the first time for lunch and appreciated the friendly service and amazing food I had. I highly recommend any of the types of ramen, the pork ramen is delicious!
This time, I tried the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen. The overall flavor was quite rich and heavy, which made it a bit greasy after a while. It even got so spicy at one point that I asked the staff for some plain broth to tone down the heat. My friend had the chicken broth ramen, which was very light and refreshing. Although it didn’t look like a large portion, it was surprisingly filling. Had ramen here with my partner and unfortunately, we really didn’t enjoy the taste. Not sure if it was just an off day or if the food is generally like this, but it didn’t meet our expectations. Ramen is our favorite comfort food, and we’ve never been this disappointed with a bowl before. That said, the service was excellent—staff were friendly and the food arrived very quickly.
