The positives: Friendly staff, clean restaurant, very fast service and the general overall competence of employees was impressive The Negatives: Broth flavour was homogeneous and shallow which is a major No-No for something as sophisticated as Ramen has the majority of the flavor comes from complex multi-layered broths. The noodles were underdone as well as the pork had a very odd texture and was mostly fat.
