Pretty disappointed I liked the food but I am not going back here again. Customer service was pretty bad. I walked in placed an order for take out with a server at the front I pointed at the menu for which items I wanted just incase I was saying it badly. I got the wrong order of food, not someone else's order just the wrong order. They didn't seem to care at all I called the restaurant and explained what happened and honestly they just seemed like I was a burden. They said the manager would call me back never did. The ramen is a bit bland. It comes with a big ball of raw garlic on top, and the garlic does a lot of heavy lifting to give it some flavour. The soup is closer to instant noodle soup than what you expect from a ramen restaurant. Overall it's a step up from instant noodles but not a step above any of their competitors. Better to trying the pho place next door.
First time here the experience was fast paced, engaging and quite interesting in terms of the taste and all around feel.
Exceptional customer service. So friendly and cheerful. Spicy garlic is a must try for vegetarians. Their attention to detail, hygiene, garnishing were on point.
