5 minutes ago Bought a 2-story that is now 10 years old. Asked for brown molding and shutters at an up charge. They just cheap spray painted all white moldings and our shutters brown. Now it’s all coming off and we have to replace all moldings and the spray painted shutters bled all over our siding so we have a complete expensive hot mess to fix that includes shutters and potentially all siding. Not happy.

My neighbor is having a house done by them. They sent it to sight with a broken floor joist, waves in the siding. Employees threw garbage and debris in the hole around the basement and all over the lawn, they opened windows while they worked and never closed them allowing rain to get inside for over a month. There employees entered into his garage without his permission. Kintner was amazing from start to finish! Exactly what we were looking for!! Easy to work with, always on the ball, very knowledgeable and professional. We hired them to build our vacation home. We live in Philadelphia and couldn’t be on site to manage things. We needed a turn key company who could handle everything for us from demo of the old house, site clearing, new construction, finishes, etc. Kintner did it all and we could not be happier! Highly recommended!!
When we needed to put a mother-in-law suite into our home Kintner Homes made it happen. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and fast.
