They never put the toilet back....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Horrible service with customer service at billing department. I never had such a horrible experience as I had with this lady at Kintex Billing department. She was so rude and ruthless. She didn't have decency to understand customer all she did was talking with such a loud voice non stop as though it was her personnel issue. She really needs to get some customer talking skills. She is totally unfit to be in a position to talk to customers.
Company not very professional and technician dispatched was completely rude. Because of some minor inconvenience of providing service in my building (which can be easily resolved) technician decided to not perform the work and was extremely rude via the phone. The company never called to reschedule visit. Do not recommend
This company incorrectly reports information to warranty companies. They told my warranty company (Cinch) that there was no access to the faucet and the other faucet was missing which were both incorrect. Impossible to get them to do their job right. Tried calling, no one picks up. I had to call the warranty company to fix their incorrect report. Literally a waste of time, they don’t do their job well and refuse to help you.
