I was recently at Kintec in Mississauga for a foot assessment and consult. I had a great experience from beginning to end starting with a professional and pleasant greeting from Teddy at the front desk to a thorough assessment and knowledgeable consult with Jessica. I have since received my new orthotics that fit and function well in my shoes and allow me to remain active without foot pain. Thank you Teddy and Jessica for your great customer service!
5 stars for Kintec and the amazing team they have there! Jessica helped me get fitted with my new orthotics for my work boots and Teddy made the process of filing for an insurance claim super straight forward and simple. Highly recommend! Teddy was very friendly at the front desk and explained what I needed to submit for insurance and when to submit. Rob took the time to re-analyze my feet, gait on the treadmill and range of motion. Rob also looked at every shoe I brought and made some recommendations for future shoe purchases to best support the needs of my ankle and feet.
