Called to enquire about stock. As i was calling, I immediately got a text stating they were occupied and could you text back a return number, book an appt for orthotics , or state your reason for calling. I left a message asking about a shoe I had seen online that was on sale, and I wanted to come by the Mississauga store to try it on since all sale items are final sale (so if it's full price it's returnable but not if it's on sale? 0/5 — Worst Experience Ever If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. The place was terrible — the man working there clearly has no idea what customer service means. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Whoever manages this place seriously needs to teach their staff how to treat customers with basic respect. Never coming back. 🤢
