Curtis did an excellent job in helping me select new running shoes. Checked my shoe size and offered excellent advice on what shoes would best based on my feet structure. Shoes are great!
Curtis was so very helpful fitting my mom for insoles and new shoes. He was kind and very reassuring and took the time to explain things to her. I have also purchased shoes at the Langley Kinetic on multiple occasions and Curtis stands out for to me for his knowledge and great customer service. If you are in need of some new shoes, go to Kinetic in Langley and ask for Curtis. You won't be disappointed.
My son and I went to get some insoles for soccer cleats. Yuri was very professional and informative about best options. She was extremely thorough with fitting and was even brave enough to put her hands in a 12 year old boy’s shoes. She guided us with options, and gave reasons why to her suggestions. This will definitely be the place I will go to moving forward. Yuri went above and beyond!
