Alysha is SO knowledgeable, personable, helpful and patient. She listened to my husband’s needs/concerns and really took the time helping him find the right orthotic that gave him instant relief. I appreciate very much the great customer service that I received from Curtis at the Langley Kintec location. I came with the hopes of finding an affordable pair of shoes that can handle the wet West Coast weather, and Curtis helped me find just the right pair! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Alysha was super helpful today, setting me up with an ankle brace. I also found out some useful things about how my feet are shaped.
Yuri was absolutely fantastic! I know I’m spelling her name wrong but she’s a kinesiology student. I went back 3 times before finally settling on a running shoe. She was so patient with me. She really lead me in the right direction and helped me find a shoe that would really help me run while giving me the reasons why one shoe would work for me while another would not. She has a great mannerism with her clients. I love the scan Kintec provides and I learned a lot about my feet and running style.
