Alystra was so helpful. She was really informative and very helpful. She didn't rush me or pressure me in any way. A great asset to this location.
Good selection and price on knee braces, but difficult to reach, even as a buyer. The store doesn’t accept phone calls but uses a national phone centre that often does not correlate with appointment availability. They are also clear that if it doesn’t work out they’re just a middle man who will contact the manufacturer on your behalf but no warranties or consideration for repeat buyers. Impersonal and frustrating experience versus last brace purchase here a few years ago, similar to an online experience.
The sale person I worked with did not seem knowledgeable on what I was looking for. He seemed eager to seek shoes rather than understand my needs. I repeated twice the last sales person had taken the details of my foot and what kind of a shoe that fits me. But still wanted to sell me a shoe that I don’t think would work for me.
We’re planning a trip and walking a lot is on the menu. We stopped in at the Langley Kintec store to ask about what shoe would be most beneficial for our needs. Jordan was a wealth of knowledge, had us try on several pairs explaining the nuances of each brand. It was a pleasure dealing with a Jordan, no pressure sales, no trying to up charge or sell something that wasn’t right for our needs. Thank you Jordan
This was my first experience with Kintec. I was impressed. Good and knowledgeable service made my shoe fitting experience enjoyable. The fit and quality of my "Hoka" shoes are a real treat! I will be a repeat customer for sure. I'm happy and my feet are happy!
