After getting my custom unloaded brace for my right knee, I needed another fitting for minor adjustments and Matt at the White Rock location took good care of me .He was super knowledgeable , friendly and helped me in no time. I have always received excellent service from Kintic, whether it be for purchase of orthotics or shoes. I appreciate how you are able to call a central phone number, then you can find out where the style and size of shoe you are seeking is available in store! When I returned my 3rd pair of shoes that did not fit this winter ordered from the internet, Joban S. asked if I wanted to try on shoes in the store, which I did! Great store, great selection, knowledgeable staff, wonderful service
I needed a specific shoe and or boot that would support my toe that was fractured at the time. I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very patient. We tried on every shoe in the store. Probably twice lol. But 2 months later the ones that we landed on have been awesome. I thought that I would use them for a month or so and then get rid of them, but they've actually become my go-to work shoe, and are awesome in the rain and snow if we get any.
