Greeted the minute I walked in the door and the friendly, helpful customer service continued until I left the store. I had the pleasure of Marla's assistance on January 22nd in the White Rock store. I have been a Hoka customer for over 2 years and had a few pairs, so I knew what I wanted when I went in. We spent approximately $1000 here! My wife bought 2 pairs of Hoka running shoes and some orthotics after orthotics were recommended. One pair of of running shoes for inside and one for outside. After limited use the sole of the inside shoe started to detach. Took the shoe back and they glued it. On inspection at home we found that they didn't align the detached part properly and the glue didn't hold. The orthotics they made did not fit or solve the foot issue. Not an happy experience! Eleven months ago I invested $300 in a pair of running shoes and soles. Because of heel injury I barely walk two kilometres a day. Can’t say I’m abusing the shoes. Rubber slices stuck on the soles started to detach themselves on 8 different spots. I went to the store to see if this was something they could fix or offer me a replacement pair. No go!
