I had a great experience being fitted for orthotics at the White Rock location. Joseph explained everything clearly and in great detail. He made it very easy for me to understand what was causing the pain in my foot, specifically in my Achilles tendon and heel. I am looking forward to a pain-free walk in the near future. 1 Star – Poor Customer Experience and Confusing Return Policy I had a very upsetting experience at the South Surrey store today while trying on shoes. I asked to try several sizes to ensure comfort before making a $200 purchase — a significant investment for me. Instead of supporting that, the staff insisted that unless I purchased the size they chose for me, I would not be allowed to return the shoes.
