Despite trying to rearrange displays, she stopped to inquire about my interest in different brands, wasn't pushy and dealt with a number of others who came in while I was there. After getting my custom unloaded brace for my right knee, I needed another fitting for minor adjustments and Matt at the White Rock location took good care of me .He was super knowledgeable , friendly and helped me in no time. I came in early for my appointment and no questions he took me in right away and got things perfect so I can walk again. Thanks again Matt, you’re the best. I have always received excellent service from Kintic, whether it be for purchase of orthotics or shoes. I appreciate how you are able to call a central phone number, then you can find out where the style and size of shoe you are seeking is available in store! When I returned my 3rd pair of shoes that did not fit this winter ordered from the internet, Joban S. asked if I wanted to try on shoes in the store, which I did!
