1 Star – Poor Customer Experience and Confusing Return Policy I had a very upsetting experience at the South Surrey store today while trying on shoes. I asked to try several sizes to ensure comfort before making a $200 purchase — a significant investment for me. Instead of supporting that, the staff insisted that unless I purchased the size they chose for me, I would not be allowed to return the shoes.
