Travis thank you so very much for listening to my concerns and offering advice that made a significant impact in reducing the toe pain I had been experiencing for months. I was looked after by Travis in the Chilliwack branch, in arranging for my customized orthodics. I was most impressed by Travis who is most knowledeable and made me feel completely comfortable and free of any pressure to make any decisions. He has a friendly relaxed manner of dealing with clients and I would not hesitate to recommend him. The finished product seems to be working very effectively in removing foot pain, although I am still in the breaking in process. I'm a very satisfied customer.
We went in to order wedges for a tear in my Achilles tendon These had to be ordered in It is now a week and still not here. This has not helped my tear one little bit. The staff have been very good and this is not their fault. I wish though I had been told the time it would take and I would have gone elsewhere Not happy
