Kinetic was recommended by my physiotherapist. I went with a list of suitable runners for my foot condition. Josh was very thorough in explaining the computer readings, and pulled 3 different shoes for me to try, going over the features of each. He didn't try to push one brand over another, giving me time to try each pair a couple of times before deciding. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend both Josh and Kinetic.
I had a query about a particular item. Talked with a very helpful lady on the phone, and she said someone would call back. Someone called back and also, was very helpful.
I recently went through the process of getting custom orthotics at Kintec in Chilliwack and it was a 5 star experience from the start. The staff were very helpful, attentive and explained every part of the process. They gave above and beyond service and information along the way and made sure I was fully informed and happy with the product. My feet have never felt better, my foot pain is relieved and it's made a huge impact on my overall health.
Excellent service and great store. I will be returning to buy shoes very soon.
My experience was very pleasant, the young men were knowledgeable, attentive and they listened to my concerns. I couldn't be happier with the shoes and I look forward to receiving my orthotics.
