We went in to order wedges for a tear in my Achilles tendon These had to be ordered in It is now a week and still not here. This has not helped my tear one little bit. The staff have been very good and this is not their fault. I wish though I had been told the time it would take and I would have gone elsewhere Not happy
I have been buying my shoes from this store ever since I moved to Chilliwack and each time the service has been excellent.
The haven't given up on me yet. I am sure they are sick of me by now (lol) but still show their support for every adjustment.
Kinetic was recommended by my physiotherapist. I went with a list of suitable runners for my foot condition. Josh was very thorough in explaining the computer readings, and pulled 3 different shoes for me to try, going over the features of each. He didn't try to push one brand over another, giving me time to try each pair a couple of times before deciding. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend both Josh and Kinetic.
I had a query about a particular item. Talked with a very helpful lady on the phone, and she said someone would call back. Someone called back and also, was very helpful.
