I can't recommend Kintech enough. They scan your feet for free and make recommendations to find your most comfortable fit. Chantelle went above and beyond to find me different styles and fits to suit my needs and patiently guided me as I tried on a lot of different colors. Thank you!
Very attentive customer service from Brittany. She helped me select a great shoe for arch pain. Was very knowledgeable on the different brands and the benefits of each.
Vincent was thorough in his assessment of my feet condition, and referred me to appropriate specialists for services not covered by his profession. Sherrie attended to me when I products. She also attended to me very well. Kintec provides quality service and products for your feet problems.
Great service was provided by Emily and Gamal. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and provided insight and recommendations regarding our foot concerns. There was absolutely no sales pressure during our visits to the Burnaby and Port Moody stores. We did end up buying 3 pairs of shoes. I initially came in for orthopedic shoes due to various concerns, and Chantelle was able to break down my daily routine and examine my needs.
