Great service was provided by Emily and Gamal. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and provided insight and recommendations regarding our foot concerns. I had the pleasure of having Chantelle as my associate during my appointment on Saturday. I initially came in for orthopedic shoes due to various concerns, and Chantelle was able to break down my daily routine and examine my needs. She was very informative and thorough throughout my appointment. DO NOT buy shoes from Kintec. I bought a pair of HOKA shoes for walking, they hurt my feet, cause blistering, and are unusable. Kintec's return policy for shoes is rigid, outdated, and not friendly to the customer. How am I supposed to know if a shoe that was recommended to me by them was going to cause blisters and discomfort to my feet? I certainly could not tell while walking around their store.
