My experience with custom orthotics from Kintec wasn’t good. I visited them in December 2024 after my doctor recommended Kintec to get relief from flat feet pain. I already had one pair of custom orthotics, but I thought of upgrading it. I received custom orthotics pair from Kintec in January 2025. Was in this store yesterday towards close. Josh was the only sales person on the floor with multiple customers. Despite the fact that he was juggling multiple customers, and trying to support us all I still felt I got top notch service. He asked me questions about what I was using the shoes for, what my needs were and made product recommendations based on my lifestyle and his product knowledge. Was constantly checking back and made me feel really confident in my choice. Highly recommend this shop.
