Ryan at the west Broadway store recalibrated my left knee brace and ordered a new left knee brace for me today. I wear a left knee brace to relive the arthritis in my left knee. Ryan was friendly, courteous and has the expertise to fix my problem. Terrific service led to a satisfying conclusion. I went to Kintec to get orthotics for my running shoes, and am very satisfied with the advice and service I received from Jasmyn. On the first visit she did a thorough assessment of my feet, also listening carefully to my input. She gave me valuable advice on foot care, in addition to ordering my orthotics. On the second visit, once again she was helpful and courteous. I arrived early but she was able to meet with me before our scheduled time.
