In 2026 many retailers offer 2 hour in store pick up, same day delivery or next day. The average online order being processed to delivered is 3 - 4 days in North America. When you order online at Kintec it tells you that it will be 3 - 15 business days. I didn't think any modern day retailer could be that poor in their online service, so proceeded to order. I used to go here a lot because the staff really know their stuff when it comes to the technical side of footwear. If you wear orthotics, they’ve traditionally been the go-to spot in the neighborhood. That said, the vibe on my most recent visit was a bit off. The staff were smart, but the service felt a little condescending. Since their inventory is already quite niche (focusing mainly on structural/orthotic-friendly brands), the service really needs to be on point to make the trip worth it. First time here, I give this place 10/10. Very knowledgeable staffs, great service. They were busy, glad I booked a free shoe fitting appointment. Everybody got different feet. They used tech to find the size and shape of my feet and matched me to perfect shoes. I'll never buy shoes anywhere else. I highly recommend everyone to go check it out, just like our beds, we use our shoes everyday! I bought two pairs, I'm more than satisfied . Thank you Brandon, very professional.

I have been only been here twice, both times to pick up online orders. The second time was today and first was a year or so ago and yet my experiences were exactly identical - identically unpleasant. Both of the men looked miserable, no hello, thank you, nothing. Just here’s your box, then gone. They have good sales on quality running shoes here and there. Get them shipped to your house and skip the depressing store visit.

Bought a pair of Brooks Ghost 17 runners that had holes in the toes after 5 weeks of use. Kintec would not stand behind the product at all. I prefer to purchase locally but will no longer buy anything from this company. No customer service.
