I had a very pleasant and informative experience here. Special thanks to Evelyn! She was so patient at listening to my foot concerns, and offered at free foot scan and explained the scan result in a professional and personable way. While helping me choose shoes, she taught me a useful tip to tie the shoes for better heel stability, and even when there wasn't a good color I like so I didn't end up buying the shoe, she was very understanding and didn't pressure me in any way.

My wife and I both had appointments and were assigned to Devon. He was patient with both of us. He walked me through trying on 4 different styles of shoes. I ended up with the Brooks Ghost 17 and a pair of comfy flip flops by HumanCo. My wife was just looking for a new fit and also found it in the Brooks Ghost 17 as well. We did not get the same color. Whew. Great customer service and helpful experience with Devon.

Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted as he assisted my partner with getting new shoes. He never pressured him into making a purchase and gave us lots of time to contemplate the options. In general, the staff seem to enjoy each other’s company which is always a good indicator of responsible management. Highly recommend this location!
