Came right at 10:00am right at opening. Open light was off so I wanted a bit outside. Employees clearly saw me waiting to come in but did nothing just on their phones. Used the washroom before getting my feet scanned. Washroom was disgusting . After I came out and had to ask for help. I want to thank Brandon at Kintec in Vancouver for the outstanding service he provided to my father. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to properly assess his needs to find the best-fitting shoes. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a big difference. We never felt rushed, and my father left feeling comfortable and confident in his purchase. A great experience overall.

Went in to purchase comfortable shoes for walking. I mentioned I have was having some foot pain so was suggested to scan my feet for appropriate sizing and shoe. Quite impressive detailed stats and measurements of my feet. I tried on 3 different pairs of shoes in the recommended size (I was a bit surprised as I’m typically 1/2 size smaller) and made my purchase.
