I still can't believe the difference my new orthotics have made for me! I was in a lot of pain and my doctor was able to forward my medical information, scans and xrays directly to Jacob at Stoney Creek location. Jacob was very welcoming and described the process he would be taking me through including gait assessment, 3D imaging and more to ascertain which type of orthotic would suit me best and alleviate my pain as well as reduce further damage going forward. Gabe was amazing. I went in to buy shoes and stayed for an assessment which was thorough and informative. I would recommend Gabe and the store to anyone looking for answers about improving their struggles with bad feet and painful legs. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient and provided excellent customer service all round, thank you !
I would recommend Kintec for their outstanding knowledge, experience and service. Jacob has greatly improved my walking ability coming off a complicated foot surgery. He has worked with me throughout this difficult situation with changes in my foot due to healing. I have had orthotics made by other companies in the past, but Kintec operates at a higher standard. I am extremely grateful for all Jacob has done for me, from orthotics to shoe recommendations that have helped me get back to walking and hiking.
Highly recommend Kintec Stoney Creek. I recently had outstanding service from Evan and Gabriel as did our son when he needed to update his orthotics. Both were knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and professional throughout the assessment and fitting of the orthotics. They offered honest recommendations on the proper selection and fit of footwear without pressure to buy shoes from them.
