I called this Kintec location a few days ago looking for a particular brand (Hoka) as I found those shoes to be amongst the most comfortable for me. As I am insured for 2 shoes I am still owed one pair I was hoping to get a different colour other than black and white. The man I spoke to said they only had that colour but if I ordered online and paid out of pocket without insurance coverage I would have more variety. This location is fantastic. Although I didn’t originally get my orthotics at this branch, they have been a pleasure to deal with, handling all follow ups and repairs with ease and total professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend this location.
