Conner at the North Van store was fantastic. His customer service was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable. We only went in to get advice on compression socks. We bought the socks and a pair of runners! He is certainly an asset to your store.

I’ve been shopping at Kintec over the past few years and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. With wide feet and bunions, I have such a difficult time finding a comfortable fit! I made a few trips to the North Vancouver location and both Tristan and Raphael were so patient as I tried different shoes and sizes. Hopefully Kintec will bring more Altra shoes in wide sizing.
