Today i met Allison Penner, she was very helpful and knowledgeable...and went out of her way to find me the right shoes...i highly recommend Allison as an fit expert to seek advice and the right foot gear for you and your family.
My wife and I went in today and was greeted by Emma who proceeded to measure our feet and bring out 3 different pairs that fit our profile. Despite juggling walkin customers and answering phone calls we felt very well taken care of. She explained to us the differences between the various architectures in each shoe and was very knowledgeavle and informative. Well done Emma and Kintec!
Called them today and spoke to Emma who was extremely helpful on the phone, took the time to check stock and sizes for an aircast for me, and in store Alexis went above and beyond to open and put it on for me, explain how it worked and made sure everything fit well. It i could give my experience here a 10 star I would. If you’re a potential customer reading this review, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. OMG I can't say enough how happy and positive our 1st visit was. Emma greeted us so kindly. We don't normally shop on a Saturday but only time good for hubby. Our experience started with a scan of our feet and the detailed explanation of your feet, arches and size and everything was so informative and not rushed. I love my OC but needed new runners. Emma brought us each out 3 different brands of shoes. She was busy answering phones and dealing with walk ins but we were fine on our own. We tried them all on and she apologized... read more
Emma was amazing to work with. She listened to what we both my husband and I needed, took her time with our fitting, and made sure we left with shoes that actually feel good to wear. Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend.
