The staff here are very knowledgeable and will help you find what works the best for your needs. I had a foot injury previously that causes some discomfort. Alexis found the right combination of shoe and inserts that made my foot feel great.

Kintex Waterloo provides amazing knowledge service about what is best for my personal walking needs. KELSEY has designed orthotics for me that have enabled me to walk without turning ankle. customer. EMMA Her customer service, kindness, and patience is incredible. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Emma spent time and gave me options for replacing my worn out running shoes (I bought last year from Waterloo Kintex ). I left Kintex Waterloo Store with knowledge about my best fit for my walking needs.
