My husband and I visited the Kintec store in Waterloo today so I could look for comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe. I have always wanted to have my feet properly measured because I feel like I never wear the correct size, and Kintec was the perfect place to find the right fit. Allison helped us, and she was amazing - incredibly knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which I really appreciate in a salesperson. Lo Tex is awesome and highly recommend if looking for for the perfect running shoes. I worked with Kelsey who was super friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get the perfect fit. Can’t recommend this store enough 🤘
Awesome experience. Kalsey was extremely helpful and great. She started off by discussing what I was looking for and followed up with a measurement of my feet characteristics. She brought out several options (they have a big selection) to try on that met with my feet characteristics and what I was looking for. In addition, they have a treadmill to try out the shoes on. Helps out that their prices are also very competitive.
