Had excellent service with Mei and team at the Richmond location. The process of getting custom orthotics was simple, customized and well explained. I would highly recommend this service.
I recently visited this store after a referral from my doctor for a knee brace. I received such incredible customer service from the male staff member (I didn't get a chance to get his name- he had long, golden hair and was very tall). He was very informative and knew a lot about every product I tried on. He was very patient and took his time with me to take measurements and helped me try on a large range of different knee braces/compression sleeves. The staff here are very patient and helpful. They make sure the shoes are appropriate for your needs and that they fit properly. The customer service was amazing compared to many other shoe stores.
