My appointment was on March 24 with Jasmyn, Very professional made you feel comfortable every step of the way asked me great questions to best fit my needs, but my daily activities were how active am I, and mentioned what products there was available if I was interested in store or online . I've been struggling with metatarsalgia for a number of months when my physio referred me to Kintec. Jasmyn was OUTSTANDING! The appointment was a solid 45 minutes of questions, listening, testing, more refined questions and then solid, actionable recommendations. She worked with the shoes and inserts I had, made detailed suggestions for how to adapt my current inserts while I waited for my custom orthotics, and helped me problem solve different scenarios so I can finally get out walking and hiking again!
