We had a great experience at Kintec Footwear. Raj was patient, took the time to understand our concerns, and clearly knew his products. He helped us find supportive footwear that works perfectly for our power walking. Highly recommend!
I have frequentwd this location often but today was my last visit. The young lady working asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I was seeking a sport insert. She said they could measure my feet etc etc. I said I just want off the shelf shoe inserts and she acted seriously put out!! ....oh.... and then she walked away with a very rude and discourteous look on her face and an equal tone in her voice to match. If this is indicative of the kind of customer service they offer here, I will not return.
I had an appointment for an assessment regarding my foot pain at Maple Ridge location. Liam, the person who did the examination, was very thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place.
