Referred by my surgeon here to buy a cyro therapy unit for post surgery. Was ripped off about $100 more than what the unit is worth at other retailers. Do yourself a favour and shop at orthomed online as these guys charge much more. Poorly managed business from what I experienced.
Was referred by Doc for calf pain when walking and went to Kintec for custom Orthotics . The staff was friendly and took me right in for my assessment . Winnie was great ,listening to my concerns and then giving me a thorough assessment explaining in detail what needed to be done . I did buy a pair of shoes from them but there was no pressure to do so . My orthotics were done in 2 weeks as promised with all the necessary paperwork for insurance. Great experience and I would recommend them for your feet concerns .
