I have frequentwd this location often but today was my last visit. The young lady working asked if I needed any assistance. I told her I was seeking a sport insert. She said they could measure my feet etc etc. I said I just want off the shelf shoe inserts and she acted seriously put out!! ....oh.... and then she walked away with a very rude and discourteous look on her face and an equal tone in her voice to match. If this is indicative of the kind of customer service they offer here, I will not return.

I had an appointment for an assessment regarding my foot pain at Maple Ridge location. Liam, the person who did the examination, was very thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and made great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place.

I made the mistake of purchasing a cyro therapy ice machine as referred by my surgeon from this business before researching online about same product. A day later I found the same unit from a popular medical equipment retailer online for $100 cheaper (almost 25% of the cost). The customer service rep who helped failed to mention the return/exchange policy, and the receipt only explains the return policy for shoes. Tan at Kintec gave me the information I needed to make the right decision in regards to my fallen arches. I wasn't in the store 20 minutes. Tan was a very pleasant sales associate.
