I made the mistake of purchasing a cyro therapy ice machine as referred by my surgeon from this business before researching online about same product. A day later I found the same unit from a popular medical equipment retailer online for $100 cheaper (almost 25% of the cost). The customer service rep who helped failed to mention the return/exchange policy, and the receipt only explains the return policy for shoes.
