I’ve been coming to this store for years and have always received excellent service from Shanon, Maggie, and Ewan. Unfortunately, my recent visit with shoe-fit specialist MARCUS Murray was extremely disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the first thing he said was that my insurance does not cover off-the-shelf shoes. I told him I had already spoken with my insurance provider and confirmed that they do cover them. Staff are so kind and helpful at this location. They were also able to direct bill my insurance and had a great deal of knowledge when it came to what my benefits provided for me! Thank you again and I will be back for more shoes!
I came in here for a second opinion of my orthotics made at another location the Foot Clinic. I am glad I listened to my intuition. Shannon listened to all my concerns and upon checking orthotics, she confirmed several things which made so much sense. I wish I had come here first than other location. She is very passionate about her work and builds the product as per the customers requirements.
This rating is for the company and not really the employees here. I have gone for the past couple of years here only because I think the employees themselves are fairly good. The problem is that they spew the same thing over and over about how they have limited stock available for certain sizes and if you have insurance coverage through your company they actually do not offer you the same variety (but if you ordered online you had more options although then insurance benefits can't be used.
