I was really excited to come here and had high hopes I would get great shoes for work based upon the reviews. I had called on March 18th to schedule an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for April 1st. After arriving at my scheduled appointment time, I was informed my appointment had not been saved in the computer. I was clearly visibly upset yet the employee had the nerve to nonchalantly say "yeah these things happen" acknowledging this is an issue the store deals with. I recently got orthotics and needed a new pair of running shoes I was recommended to Kinetic by Michelle from Performance Care Clinic who made my orthotics I was lucky enough to see Tanya at Kinetic She spent time with me explaining the right footwear for me and why I should be wearing it Tried on a number of different brands until she helped me find the perfect pair for me and my orthotics It was a great experience and will be using Kintec in the future for my footwear needs A big thank you to Tanya!!! My husband and I went to Upper Wentworth location and we liked the experience. Maggie was super helpful, we told her we were only there to try sizes for the Hoka shoes, she still went inside and brought different sizes, models and colours for us to try and see without any hesitation, and luckily, they had the colour and model I was looking for so I bought it. We appreciate her efforts, thank you.
