I went to kintec hoping I could get a pair of shoes to accommodate my very flat feet that have additional structural issues and life altering neuropathy. Marcus spent a significant amount of time with me (and only me) and he really tried to find a suitable pair of shoes. I was very impressed with his care, compassion and knowledge. Unfortunately I was unable to find a pair of shoes that would accommodate my very specific needs and will likely require a custom made pair of orthopedic shoes. Tanya helped me find footwear today. She analyzed my walk and feet (the machine didn’t work unfortunately). Turns out I’ve been needing a half size bigger AND wide. She was helpful all throughout, brought out various shoes for me to try, had no issues going back and forth, there was 0 pressure for me to purchase. It was an amazing experience and I’m grateful for her expertise! If you’re looking to buy shoes and like to have someone there to help you make an educated choice, this is the place to go.
They always try to push a shoe 1 size too big 😂 HHS employees beware
I was not impressed with the service. Made an appointment waited 15 minutes after the appointment because some walked in after I arrived started helping them first. Told me they didn't have my size in my shoe said I could come back another time to see if they had them then. Then went back to helping the other customer. Not recommended.
Most knowledgeable and friendly team! Was such an easy appt , where I learned so much , and the staff was wonderful. The shoes are also cute :)
