I used to get pretty careful attention for custom orthotics and sneaker evaluations. Then they brought in a new scanner that was really garbage. It obviously didn't do much to assess my structural issues otherwise the orthotics would have been made correctly. After a lot of spending here, I will file a complaint with corporate. I don't believe in an excuse that someone needs to get seen by one person to assess feet AND order orthotics and correct the ones that were made poorly. My wife and I came in today for the first time. Not knowing exactly about orthopedic shows. I have to say both Gillian and Evan were fantastic to deal with . Very friendly and knowledge. We will be coming back to this store . Thank you to you both
Love the shoe selection, the staff are friendly and helpful, and they sell excellent quality products. They know their shoes and compression socks. I would absolutely recommend. Everyone at work is already making the switch haha.
My experience of buying shoes from this place was great. Kristina was amazing and super sweet, very patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely come here again and I recommend this store to anyone who’s looking to buy comfortable shoes.
Went in looking for some guidance on runners as I been having bad luck finding a good shoe that fits well for my foot in regards to running. Shannon was fantastic in assisting me and sharing some of her knowledge to help me make a good choice. I’ll be back in at some point down the line for sure! Thank you for your expertise!
